Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available through a sliding scale based on financial need and current availability. Please contact the practice for additional information.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as eligible Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and approved electronic payment methods.
ACH bank transfers are also accepted.
