Patient Information & Policies
Important information about privacy, telehealth services, website use, and emergency procedures at ALN Mind & Wellness.
Privacy Policy
ALN Mind & Wellness respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information submitted through this website. Information voluntarily provided through general website forms may include your name, email address, telephone number, and basic information needed to respond to your inquiry or assist with scheduling. Please do not submit detailed medical information, diagnoses, medication lists, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, or other sensitive health information through a general website contact form unless the form is specifically designated as a secure method for collecting protected health information. Clinical information should be communicated through approved secure systems used by the practice. Information submitted through this website will not be sold for advertising purposes. Website services may use cookies, analytics, or similar technology depending on the features enabled on the site. These tools may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, and website activity. ALN Mind & Wellness takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information; however, no method of electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Telehealth Policy
Telehealth allows eligible patients to receive psychiatric care using secure video technology from a private location. At the beginning of a telehealth appointment, you may be asked to confirm your identity, your current physical location, and emergency contact information. Patients must be physically located in a state where the treating clinician is legally authorized to practice at the time services are provided. Patients should attend telehealth visits from a private, quiet location whenever possible and use a reliable internet connection and a device capable of secure audio and video communication. Although telehealth can provide convenient access to care, technical interruptions may occasionally occur. If a visit is disrupted, your clinician will determine the safest and most appropriate way to continue the appointment. Telehealth may not be appropriate for every clinical situation. When necessary, patients may be referred for in-person evaluation, emergency assessment, or a higher level of care.

Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship with ALN Mind & Wellness.
