Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notification may incur a late cancellation/no-show fee. Please note the following: - Cancellation and no-show fees are generally not covered by insurance and are the patient’s responsibility. - Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may lead to a discussion about whether continued scheduling with the practice is appropriate. - We may consider exceptions for emergencies or circumstances beyond your control.
